Week 8 preview

 Another tough 2-3 week has brought us to 18-17 on the season. Very disappointed. The writing staff would like to apologize for a busy week, this is later than we want to get these out, and this will definitely not be our best. 


Back2 Back Emmy 4-3 vs The Commish 2-5

Anytime the commish and assistant commish goes against each other it is always the featured matchup of the week. Greg started making some trades but can also still make the playoffs and make a run at this crazy thing. Neither have anyone tonight and besides Greg’s defense, surprisingly the Steelers and not the Giants, odd, it is an all Sunday matchup. Sloney is going to win cause we just feel more Love from his QB than Greg’s, sloney wins to improve to 14-16 all time vs Greg 130-110.


The Wiseguy 6-1 Best Man Robb 3-4

BMR has really been hit with the injury bug and also bad luck. He has been staying competitive but still losing close matchups. This is a major one for career bragging rights as of right now the all time series is tied at 14. The writing staff does not believe they are going out on a limb when they say Rite Aid Ryan goes to 15-14 all time against BMR. The former Dean wins 140-115.


Derek 2-5 Tiricooooo 3-4

Big matchup between two teams with very real playoff hopes. Derek still needs to add a kicker, and Tirico may be overreacting from Hunt’s good game by now playing him, but CJ should definitely bounce back from his poor fantasy game and I think Tirico definitely has the better squad this week. To cut his all time series against Derek to 14-13 in favor of the guy we only see or hear from on draft day. We will know who wins this one before Carrie starts singing as it is an entire matchup of 1 and 4pm Sunday games. Tirico 130-110.


DP 5-2 Bambino 1-6

Sadly Santino is not playing Greg this week, so we all know that means he is losing. Which will make DP 8-6 against the man who starred in Radio. DP is going Kupp and Williams tonight so will get off to a lead and never look back. The draft host wins 135-105.


The hootie world tour 3-4 vs Jennifer & Ronny 6-1

On paper this looks like it will be the closest matchup of the week but we are too smart to fall for that. J&R has had much in fighting according to reports on if they should start T Hill each week, with Jennifer wanting to stick with their first round pick but Ronny want to play Cooper, especially now that he has the best QB ever throwing to him. Of course Hauk Tua on that Concussion is back practicing and very well may play Sunday, so we will see what they decide to do. It will not matter however, no matter what J&R does. The world tour has an easy week and doesn’t even worry about Monday night but Nabers will get 6 for 86 and a TD anyway. Hootie ties their all time record at 2-2 with J&R after a 135-125 win. 


Oh and shout out to The World tour for picking up Kevin Patrick Mahomes Alone McCallister off the waivers after The Commish tried to get a first round pick for him just a few days before.  Just great stuff!

Week 1 Preview

 We are back!! football baby, and what a opening weekend, four days of NFL games with some big college games in the middle. And we are back with our predictions, we slacked off last year and in the off season but have worked out a new scheduling agreement and the preview for each week will be posted by Thursday each week. So, without any further ado, let's get to it. The Commish vs. Santono By team name, Santino is already throwing in the towel, but as his character in Radio said, "Don't Quit, Don't Quit, Don't Quit!" Both have a player going tonight, though Greg should have a good lead considering Bambino has Xavier Worthy while Greg has Country Roads Take Mahomes. Tomorrow night, Santino has Mr. Redd going, while the boss has Watson and AJ Brown, so Greg will have a nice lead going into Sunday's games and that lead will remain. Playoffs Week 2!

 Went 2-2 last week, so that makes us 19-22 for the season. This week is the most important week for the Championship bracket, win and you guarantee yourself money. But first let's look at the other matchups as well. Greg (118.35) vs. BMR (112.90) The Commish has a player going tonight, as well as Saturday, Sunday and Monday and this is a very scary roster. For Best Man Robb this week, and for The Wiseguy next week. Greg is in a great position to win the consultation bracket. Which makes sense considering he was in it to make the playoffs, and looked to make it, until the final week. BMR does have one player tonight, before the rest of his roster plays Sunday and Monday. That should keep these two friends watching closely at games all weekend, while enjoying some Forced Family Fun and also some lighthearted, or in Greg's case, new hearted, trash talk. Week 5 Preview

 A 2-3 week last week has left the writing staff with a 11-9 record on the season, need to do better. Our first week that byes come into play, so let's get right to it.  Bambino 1-3 Vs Derek 0-4 Can Derek finally get a win, he has a 70% chance as of now from the best fantasy site in the world. Of course, that may have to do with Santino still having two guys on byes in his lineup. Both have players going tonight with Evans and Pitts, I think Derek takes a lead and he does not give it up. He finally gets his first win, 120-110. Hootie world tour 2-2 Vs. our Fearless leader 0-4 Speaking of guys trying to get there first win, our Commish is winless, and guess what, he stays that way. None have anyone going tonight and Hootie does have to worry about Nabers and his concussion if he will play, but as sad as it is to say, G-Money's team is not good, maybe fantasy has passed him by, he is like our Jerry Jones.
