Week 13 Preview

Went 4-1 last weel to make our season record 34-26. With three games tomorrow plus one on Friday the writing staff needed to do this today, even if Santino hasn't looked at his team yet this week. Happy Thanksgiving to all. This will be a short one.  Hootie vs. BMR om the matchup the week, this is a 50-50 matchup that can go either way. With players going Thursday, Friday and Sunday, it will be done before Monday night, however. Day lights coming and you have to Mahomes is starting to find his stride, imaging cutting him, who would do that? That will be the difference as The World tour wins a close one 135-134 DP vs. Sloney Another close matchup here, with playoff implications. This matchup features players in every time slot, Thursday, Friday, Sunday, Sunday night, and Monday night, the difference is Hurts is better than Nix, DP wins 130-128.  Tirico vs. The Commish Barkley. enough said. Matthew wins. 150-110. The Wiseguy vs. Derek Lamar Jackson, that is all. Ryan wins ...

Week 12 Preivew

Back for week 12, after a 4-1 week, the writing staff is now 30-25 on the season. But let's get right to it. Quick note, with the Holiday and extra games on Thursday next week, we the writing staff will get the week 13 preview out on Wednesday.  BMR vs. Tirico By far the best matchup of the week as far as we are all concerned. It should be a very close matchup against two very good squads. First congrats to Best Man Robb for setting a league record for biggest margin of victory in a week in league history, that is impressive. Especially since he won by more than 4 teams scored in the week. But this is a new week. BMR is hoping for at least one Harris TD tonight and a big yardage game to get him off to a great start. The writing staff feels the difference will be two things, one, CJ Stroud is a much better QB in real life than he is in fantasy, and Houston's defense against the Titans will roll. It will be close, but give me the Best Man, over the little brother, as Robb moves...

Week 11 Preview

A terrible week last week going 1-4 dropping our season record to 26-24. The writing staff will try to do better this week, so, here we go. The Comish vs. His Best Man Who is better? the man, or the man he picks as his best man? this is an age-old question that will once again be answered, at least for now, this weekend in the greatest fantasy league in the world. So far, BMR has held an 20-14 advantage over G-money and this week it should go up to 21. This matchup does begin until Sunday and all of The Comish's players will be done playing before Carrie sings on Sunday night, and men, and DP's ex-wife, touches themselves. It has been a tough season for the boss, and it just gets harder this week. Robb, who I have been told has had some injuries this year and found a way to stay very much in the playoff race, and now with run CMC back he is poised for a big 2nd half of the season. We like BMR here and we like him BIG. Best Man Robb wins 135-110. The Wise guy vs. The Never-endi...

Week 10 preview

A 3-2 week last week brings up to 25-20 on the season. Half of the NFL season is still left but for fantasy it is becoming clearer who has a good chance this season and who is starting their 2025 draft prep.  Santino vs Greg 15-15 all time against each other and Bambino has called our the commish for weeks with his team name. Can he get another win? Not playing a guy on a bye would be a great start, after that is changed the writing staff feels like Santino just has Greg’s number this year and make both teams 2-8. Santino will get out to a lead tonight and never look back. Bambino wins 109-105. Hootie’s world tour vs Back2Back Emmy’s  The real most important game of the week is this matchup between two 5-4 teams. Coming off a loss to his little brother Sloney is going to want to get back in the win column this week as playoff seeding is important. 2-2 record all time between these (3) managers and we get started right away with The World Tour having their QB Kicker and D...
