A true 2018 Draft Recap

In are social media right now world everyone is quick to recap or preview or predict things, but a true recap is not known until after the season, because that is when we can really tell who had the best draft. Going round by round, and taking out keepers, today we look at the best and worst pick of each round.. again, NOT INCLUDING KEEPERS ROUND 1: Best: Barkley JH and McCaffrey KMW- Most of the picks in this round was good, of course, at least you hope they are, but to get Barkley at 5, for the year he had, and then Run CMC at 10 was definitely the best pick for value. Worst: L Bell J&R- Another easy one, top 3 pick, plays 0 plays... just a horrible decision that should be, and will be, brought up for years to come. ROUND 2: Best: K Allen RR- Again most picks solid still in Round 2 but Mr. Allen helped Redzone Redemption win many weeks, and that gives him the edge Worst: J Ajay RR- Nice when you can have the best and worst pick of the round with two different guys. Quick Congrats

Before we move officially to 2019 draft prep, we have a few things to cover. First, we went 5-0 last week, giving us a record a 56-23 for the season, not too shabby.  A huge congratulations to everyone's favorite auto drafter Derek for winning the title. Golden Gate is a welcomed addition to the hall of champions. Also congrats to The Year of Santino for a great season and a runner up finish. You would have won a title, if it wasn't for your wife saying she wouldn't let you sleep with the trophy in bed with her. Also congrats to our two newbies, DP and Rykers Island, no, not because both of your better halves are expecting, but because you both were wonderful additions to this league. We look forward to many more fun years in the future with you, starting with Mr. Burger in August of 2019. Finally should this blog continue? Did you enjoy it? Hate it? don't care? thank you and Merry Festivus

Championship Preview

First we can not forget there are two trophies that managers "win" in this league. The Horses Ass is currently being contested between Burn it Down and Kerryon My Wayward Son. The Dean is currently leading and is projected to have more points this week too. So Tirico can hold on to that Horses Ass. Now to the finals, and the trophy everyone should want. Golden Gate 11-3 vs. The Year of Santino 10-4  Projections: 138.53-137.12 win for Golden Gate Position Breakdown:    QB: Big Ben vs. Matty Ice- Both QB are on the road, but Big Ben gets a dome match up, and what I believe will be a shoot out against the Saints, while Matt Ryan is on the road in Carolina. Big Ben is projected more and I believe he will score more Advantage: Golden Gate RB: Kamara, Conner and Gordon vs. Cohen, Elliott and Chubb- Derek's trio has been leading him all year, and after two weeks off Gordon is back and ready to make his owners proud with a championship trophy. Only problem is they are p

Championship Week Preview-Non finals

The time is finally year. It is week 16 of the NFL season, so that means one thing and one thing only. FANTASY FOOTBALL FINALS!! Let's be honest with ourselves, fantasy football is more important than real football. It is the reason why people watch any game besides the games the teams they cheer for are in. It is the reason why more people would watch a Texans-Broncos game on a Saturday instead of watching national championship games, or a top ten match up in college hoops, or anything else. Fantasy football is the reason why people watch the NFL. Just like for many people filling out a bracket is the reason people watch March Madness. With that being said, the time has come to grown a new champion. We know it will be a first time champ, and that is exciting. Before we get to that match up, let us quickly look at the other match ups this week. Last week we went 3-1 to bring our season record to 51-23, which isn't bad at all. 7th place: AKA winner gets the 3rd pick Jennifer

week 15 Preview

First things first, we went 4-1 again last week to bring our record to 48-22 on the season. But enough of looking back, it is PLAYOFF TIME... and almost as important... HORSES ASS TIME. So let's get right to it. Horses Ass: Kerryon My Wayward son 3-11 vs. Burn it Down 4-10- KMW is 2-0 vs BID this year.... and 1-11 against everyone else. Who was the only other team he beat you may ask? Well that was Redzone Redemption, but our fearless leader doesn't want to talk about it.  We will either have another two time horses ass "champ" or another manager go first to worst. KWM with Cam, Adams, Woods, Carson, Johnson, Burton and Larry Fitz, with Mason Crosby Kicking and the Ravens D starting at this time. BID is starting two WR who both had huge games last week, in Jarvis Landry and Amari Cooper, with Fournette and Gus Edwards as his RB, Golladay at his flex and Jimmy Graham at tight end. Mr. Cousins will be his QB as of now. I like BID wide outs, but that is about it. I t

Week 14 Preview

First, went 4-1 last week, to bring our record to 44-21 on the season. One more week left of the regular season and 3 teams have already clinched a playoff birth. Congrats to BMR, Santino and Derek. We have our horses ass set as well as last year's champ is taking on last year's horses ass. As of now DP and Sloney are both 7-6, with DP having 1744.10 points, while Sloney has 17732.74. Now Jer did beat DP head to head. Lets get to it. Redzone Redemption 5-8 vs. Golden Gate 10-3- We know everyone's favorite auto drafter is in the playoffs, and our Comish has begun his 2019 draft prep. However this week the projections has RR winning 141.12-132.34, and that is with Gordon playing for GG, if he doesn't it may not be that close. Having a TE, who is going to basically be the starting RB for the Steelers this week is also a huge advantage. Redzone Redemption is going to be tough to beat in the playoffs (of the consolation bracket)  RR wins by 15. Paulaner Experience 9-4 vs
