Congrats DP

A 3-2 week ends the season at 48-32. Not bad, but not great. A few quick things: Congrats of course to DP for winning the title!! A very sad fair well to Mr. Ryker and everyone on Rykers Island. You will be greatly missed good sir. You are the only Ohio State fan I have ever liked.  Our final standings: 1-Dp 2-Santino 3-Ryan 4-Greg 5-Tiricoooooooooooooo 6-BMR 7-Mr. Emmy 8-Derek 9-Rykers 10-Jennifer & Rony We shall take a day or two off, and then I expect the 2022 draft sheet to be up and ready and prep will begin for a draft that is yet to have a location, and maybe a time, if it gets moved again We also look forward to what short of fun videos J&R may have planned out as the "winners" of the Horses' Ass trophy, and perhaps DP will come up with someone good for the wonderful trophy that he won as well.  It has been a pleasure writing about all of your awesome leagues.  More to come soon!

Finals Preview

Here we go... the final week of the fantasy football season. After a 4-1 week, our season record has moved to 45-30. So, let's get right to it. Horses' Ass: Rykers Last Dance Island 117.87 projected vs Jennifer & Ronny 103.85 projected Jennifer & Ronny after a 13-1 season with nothing to show for it, followed that up with a 1-13 season and now will get a trophy, a one that no one wants. Ryker has a 53.48 lead after week 1 of the two-week matchup so the trophy is all but J&R's.  Quickly, I would just like to say how much Dustin Ryker and his entire Island will be missed in this league. I don't know who the executive board will get to try to replace Ryker's, but I am sure I will not like him at all, and he will be zero fun. Hopefully, whoever he, or I guess she, will be is bad at fantasy football so Jennifer & Ronny can find someone they can beat.  Consolation Bracket: Derek 115.50 vs. Mr. Emmy 113.44 Mr. football Sports Emmy US Ambassador to Brazil h

PLAYOFF PREVIEW

Another 3-2 week left us at 41-29 for the season to this point. But no more play time, it's time to play for keeps now. It is playoff time! Who gets glory, the trophy, the love and envy of all? Who "wins" the horse's ass? Find out.... Horse's Ass Preview: Jennifer & Ronny (1-13) 104.09 vs. Rykers Last Dance Island (4-10) 112.81 Week one of the two-week battle for the Horse's Ass has Dustin getting off to an early lead. J&R are 3-2 against Ryker all time, but this one is clearly the most important match up these two have every had against each other. I have no doubt that Ryker's team will win, he has a very good team, just has had a ton of injuries and bad luck. Like Urban Meyer at a Ohio bar bad luck just sort of fell into his hands. Ryker has no one going Thursday, but does have players going Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Meanwhile Jennifer & Ronald have players Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, so we will not know for sure who has the ad

Week 14 Preview

Went 3-2 last week, to go 38-27 on the season. One final week before the playoffs. DP has clinched the #1 seed, so congrats to best damn Maroon Giant since Derek Jeter. Tirico, BMR and Mr. Emmy have all clinched the consolation bracket, while Ryker and Steve have the honor of fighting it out for the Horses Ass, either way, sadly with Dustin leaving us, Steve will "win" the horses ass trophy this year and get to display it "proudly" throughout the year. Anyway, let's get to it.  G-Money (8-5) 134.86 vs. Wiseguy Ryan (8-5) 140.65 Both should be in the playoffs, as long as they don't get outscored by 47 and 52 points respectfully, by Derek, BTW, great work by Ryan sending out the playoff breakdowns these last few weeks. So, this matchup is really all about seeding. Greg can still win the division too with a win and a Santino loss so no question this is still a match up both members want to win. Projections has this close with Rite Aid getting the win over G-Mo

Week 13 Preview

Went 3-2 last week, to make our season record 35-25 thus far. Only two more weeks until the playoffs, so let's get right to it. G-Money (7-5) 126.32 vs. Tiricooooooooooooooooooooooooo (6-6) 127.23 Must win for Tirico if he wants to make the playoffs. The projections have him as a slight leader here, but the all-time records, say otherwise, as Greg is 13-8 all time vs. young Matthew. However, Santino will be rooting for Tirico since a lost by him would wrap up the division for Bambino. But the Comish needs to keep winning to make the playoffs himself, so the stakes cannot be higher. Both have RB going tonight, one went to OSU, the other, went to Flint Southwestern high school, advantage Greg. Tirico also has his kicker and defense going tonight, both also from the Cowboys, so still advantage Greg. Then also, Greg getting Colts D vs. Texans, is a great pick up. The Comish has his kicker and one of his wide outs going Monday so we will see if Tirico can get a lead after Sunday night
