Week 9 Preview

Last week we went a disappointing 2-3 in our picks, to draw our season record to 24-16. There is now one 6-2 team, four 5-3 teams, two 4-4 teams, a 3-5 team, a 2-6 team, and then our defending champ at 1-7. This week we have some great match ups with some big playoff implications, like the four 5-3 teams all playing each other, so let's get right to it. Golden Gate 6-2 vs. Kerryon My Wayward Son 1-7- Lets get this over with quick. Projections has this a 154.42-124.63 win for GG. If Golden Gate does not win, I believe he should be forced to trade all the players he just picked up. GG wins by 1,434... or like 35. Redzone Redemption 3-5 vs. Burn it Down 2-6- The fire sale is in full swing, but Tirico won last week. He got ride of Diggs and Watkins, but got two pretty good WR back in Landry and Baldwin. The projections say this will be a easy win for the Comish, 126.27-106.42 as we all agree Gurley against the Saints D can offset any type of FitzMagic that Burn it Down gets. RR wi

Burn it Down Fire Sale Continues

Burn it Down had Sammy Watkins and Stefon Diggs, two very good wide outs. Now, he doesn't. As Golden Gate wants to hold on to that 1 seed. They sent Baldwin and Landry their 3rd round pick, and their 7th round picks, to Burn it Down for Diggs and Watson, and their 6th round and 13th round picks. The two teams are also swapping  their picks in rounds 8 and rounds 10 as part of the deal. If my math is right, Burn it Down now has two 2nd round, two 3rd round and two 5th round picks in their fire sale. So far every time Burn it Down made a move, Kerryon my Wayward Son would follow... Stay tuned.

Trade Season is heating up

With one 6-2 team, four 5-4 teams, two 4-4 teams and one 3-5, 8 of the 10 teams in the league still believe they at least have a shot at the playoffs. That leads two teams to blow it up... Well game on. First it was Burn it Down, thank you so much for changing your name, so much easier to type, then Kerryon My Wayward Son got involved, not to be outdone, Burn it Down made another trade. But from a Whataburger in Texas Kerryon was like, hold me beer... bazinga, another trade.. This latest one gets Brandin Cooks going to Paulaner Expereince for Chris Hogan heading back to Kerryon. Kerryon also gets a 6th round pick in 2019, plus a 7th round pick in 2020. Paulaner will get a 8th round pick back in 2019 and a 13th round pick in 2020. The trade deadline is still ten days away, who else will be moved? Who makes the next move? Stay tuned.

Two Trades are Better than One

While games were still being played, and one more still to come this evening, GMs were busy working the phones trying to make their teams either better this year or set them selves up to preform better next year. The first trade was predicted by us in our post draft review, as Tirico has traded Tom Brady and a 15th round pick to Golden Gate for Kenny Golloday and a 5th round pick. Giving Tirico two 2nd round picks, and two 5th round picks so far in their fire sale. In the 2nd trade not to be outdone by his little brother, Sloney and the Hilltop Creepers worked out a trade with Kerryon My Wayward son, as Ryan didn't let the fact that he is with family in Texas stop him from making a trade. Funny that Jordan Howard has become a guy that gets traded by a contending team isn't it? Ryan gets Howard, plus Robert Woods and a 2019 2nd round and 4th round picks from Sloney. In exchange Sloney gets Christian McCaffrey and my ball Zack Ertz and Ryan's 6th and 10th round picks. Aft

Week 8 Preview

Things are really starting to heat up in the Out of the Sandbox league. We have 4 teams at 4-3, and two more at 3-4. In week 7 we went 2-3 to make our season record to 22-13. With that being said lets get right in to the week 8 match ups. Kareem Myself 4-3 vs. Juicebox Hero 4-3- Two of those four 4-3 teams play this week but these two teams are trending in opposite directions. JH needs to add a kicker, so the projection will get a little closer than 141-23-110.78 but DP will need much more than that to take out everyone's favorite runner up BMR. Goff at home vs the Pack, Thielen at home against the terrible Saints passing D, plus Hunt an Kelce, will be more than enough. KM wins by 18. Redzone Redemption 3-4 vs. CuzICouldn'tGoFor3 3-4- We had a little trash talking going on via video messages last night between these two and I have to say, I am a big fan of it. Keep it coming boys. Both of these fine man know that this is a must win. You get a win and go to 4-4 and you are v

BREAKING NEWS

Sources have confirmed to us that InterferingImbeciles and Jennifer & Ronny have completed a trade. We are hearing after playing each other this week, both managers stayed in town for a business meeting and after several hours, or a few text messages, a deal has been agreed on. InterferingImbeciles will be sending James White and their 7th round pick to Jennifer & Ronny for Javorius Allen and a 2nd round pick. InterferingImbeciles has not been having the season they wanted and have been looking to add some picks for the 2019 draft. Jennifer & Ronny were planning to be sellers at the trade deadline, and still could be depending on what happens the next two weeks, and if Mr. Bell ever decides to play football again, but this move helps them right away, as they need a RB to start this week that will score more than 3 points. This is the first of many dominoes to fall during trade season in the out of the sandbox league. Stay tuned as we offer continuing coverage of all trade

Week 7 Preview

Disappointing week for us, going 1-4 in our picks, dropping us to 20-10 on the season. But week 6 is over, and we move on. For today is a NEW DAY. So without any further ado, lets look at week 7. Redzone Redemption 2-4 vs. Hilltop Creepers 4-2- These two old friends, our Comish vs our co Comish are going at it this week. Projections right now has RR winning in a real close one 131.63-129.69. HC needs to keep winning since the leaders in both divisions have started to separate themselves. RR however knows a win and he is right back in the middle of the playoff picture, a loss could mean looking ahead to November 10th and the trade deadline. I like the RB match ups for both teams, and if Cook plays I like RR to get a close win. But for some reason, I think he rests one more week against the Jets, and that helps HC win by 10 . Golden Gate 6-0 vs. Kareem Myself 3-3- Timing is everything. Kareem is getting GG at the prefect time. With some bye weeks for some of GG key players. However,

Week 6 Preview

Another big week coming up, last week we went 4-1 with our picks, thanks for ruining my prefect week Dean, and we are now 19-6 on the season. But week 5 is over, it is time to look at week 6, so lets get right to it with the biggest match up so far this season. Golden Gate 5-0 vs. Hilltop Creepers 4-1- First place in the Bobby Ross division is on the line, neither team has a kicker starting yet.... ITS CALLED FOOTBALL BOYS.. but I am sure both will take care of that before games Sunday. Right now HC are projected to win 125.36-116.72. Currently HC is benching Jordan Howard, as he has fallen off big time in the last few weeks, Bears playing Miami though you like that match up. Mixon vs Steelers is also really good though, its a good problem to have. GG problem is bye weeks, as Kamara and Mr. Golladay, not that he plays with how loaded Derek's team is, are on bye this week. He also just paid $27 for a little penis, assuming he is starting in phili now against the terrible Giants de

Early Season Recap

After 5 games, we are more than 1/3 done with the season and the league is starting to take form of who the pretenders and contenders are. Golden Gate is 5-0 and being the only undefeated team sits a top the Bobby Ross division. However Hilltop Creepers are right behind him at 4-1, and both teams are 2-0 in the division. They face off this week in a huge match up with 1st place on the line. In the Wayne Fontes division, after a name change, Paulaner Experience is 4-1 and sits in first. Juicebox Hero is still in 2nd in the division at 3-2, however they have lost two games in a row, so that has to be a concern. On the other side of the standings, Kerryon is 0-5 and showing no signs of defending that title they won last year. They do have a great chance to get win number one on the year this week however, when they face off with 1-4 InterferingImbeciles. Who has scored the least amount of total points on the season, and after one win in week 4, it was good to see them get back to loosin

Week 5 Preview

After a tough week, 2-3, we have fallen to 15-5 on the season, still not too bad, but need to regroup this week. What a big week it is. We have 1 vs. 2, 3 vs. 4, 6 vs. 7, and 9 vs. 10. As after 4 weeks the league is jammed up with two teams at 4-0, two teams at 3-1, two teams at 2-2, two teams at 1-3, and two teams at 0-4. Lets take a look at the week 5 match ups. Kerryon 0-4 vs. CuzICouldn't 0-4- Does our defending champ get his first win of the season, or does the Island becoming a team with a win. Have to wonder if Ryker is just so upset about not hosting the draft this season he just can't bring himself to win in fantasy football. The other Newbie just suffered his first loss and is sitting pretty at 3-1 right now. Meanwhile the Island man is 0-4, scored the 2nd fewest points in the league on the year, and can't buy a win.. unlike Ohio State who buys wins every week. This week seems to be his chance. After loosing to a team who had one win going in to their match up,
