Way Back Wednesday-2012

The 2012 season saw Tirico dominate the entire season on his way to an 11-3 season and easily win the one seed. Though his 1622.39 total points, 115.89 avg was only good enough for the 2nd best overall point season in 2012. The first was done by the second seed in the playoffs, Steve, who scored 1721.33points on the season for an avg of 122.88 per game during the regular season. Despite the big points Steve was only 9-5 on the year. Robb and Greg, both at 8-6 were the three and the four seeds going in to the playoffs.

In the semi finals Robb dominated, because I mean of course he did, as Steve had his worst week of the season at the worst time and BMR easily made another trip to the finals with a 141.16-69.12 butt kicking. In the other semi finals Greg also dominated 136.09-99.93 to set up a rematch of the 2010 finals.

In the 3rd place match up Steve once again ran into the wrong person at the wrong time, as Tirico brought out the big bats and humiliated Steve 165.06-115.91. In the title game Greg and Robb once again an epic championship match up between these two best friends and once again Greg was able to beat the best man at his wedding 116.24-115.62.. If you are scoring at home, that is two title match ups between Greg and Robb, with Greg winning by a combined like 3 points.

Greg used a balanced team effort of CJ Spiller, Michael Turner, Darren McFadden, Michael Crabtree, Wes Walker, Lance Moore and Alfred Morris to win the title. Also the combined power of 4, yes 4, QB. Tom Brady, Russel Wilson, Robert Griffin III and Colin Kaepernick all on Greg's final roster. Of course Brady was his main QB but having 4 other talented single callers on the roster opened up possibilities for Greg in the future for keepers, while also keeping guys away from his competition. Next week we will continue our look at past season when we look at 2013.
