Meet the League-Part 8

In today's edition of Meet the League we look at a man named Ryan, or as he is known to the four outstanding men who went to Gulf Shores, Alabama in 2007, Rite Aid. Ryan has been playing fantasy football since about 1996, and using the best website in fantasy, YAHOO, since 2000. Ryan likes to change his team each year based on a current player from his team that year. So we will have to wait until at least August 18th to find out what his team name will be this year.

Ryan does not have any children, and as far as we know is not dating anyone at this time. He is however in charge of many kids, as he is the Dean of the Chandler Woods Middle School Charter Academy.

The Dean is a two time champion, as he is our defending champ, even though he doesn't care about the trophy. He also has the record for the worst record all time in a season as well, when he went 1-13 in 2008. Not sure how that happened, but I am sure the Dean will make sure that it never happens again.

Week 1 Preview

 We are back!! football baby, and what a opening weekend, four days of NFL games with some big college games in the middle. And we are back with our predictions, we slacked off last year and in the off season but have worked out a new scheduling agreement and the preview for each week will be posted by Thursday each week. Week 5 Preview

 A 2-3 week last week has left the writing staff with a 11-9 record on the season, need to do better. Our first week that byes come into play, so let's get right to it.  Bambino 1-3 Vs Derek 0-4 Can Derek finally get a win, he has a 70% chance as of now from the best fantasy site in the world. Of course, that may have to do with Santino still having two guys on byes in his lineup. Both have players going tonight with Evans and Pitts, I think Derek takes a lead and he does not give it up. He finally gets his first win, 120-110. Hootie world tour 2-2 Vs. our Fearless leader 0-4 Speaking of guys trying to get there first win, our Commish is winless, and guess what, he stays that way. None have anyone going tonight and Hootie does have to worry about Nabers and his concussion if he will play, but as sad as it is to say, G-Money's team is not good, maybe fantasy has passed him by, he is like our Jerry Jones. Week 3 Preview

 A little better week last week, as we went 3-2 in our picks, bringing our season record to 5-5. Not terrible, but you would like to do better than 500. Week 3, let's get right to it.  The Hootie World Tour 0-2 vs. Santino 1-1 Well maybe Bambino knew what he was talking about with his team's name, as we went from scoring 179 points in week 1 to 85 in week 2. In week 3 he gets a team 0-2 that really needs a win and is projected to get one. Neither team has a player going tonight, though both have QBs going on Monday night, but not against each other, as there are two Monday night games this week. Nabers showed he will be the main focus on the Giants offense as he had 18 targets for the game last week at THE WASHINGTONS, catching 10 for over 120 yards and a score, and at Cleveland should be tarted close to as much.
