Meet the League Part two

Today we continue our ten part series as we meet the members of the Out of the Sandbox League. We started yesterday with the commissioner Greg Morris, today, as we continue to go in the order in which answers were returned, we go with a young man named Matthew Slone.

Most people may not know who Matt is, until you tell them that he is better known as Tirico, or the Other Slone, or Sloney #2, or any other demeaning name that one can think of at the time since Tirico is not a past champion of this League unlike his brother. Tirico may think he won the title back in 2016, but that is not true, the title was vacant that year because of the #notmychampion campaign.

In his profile it stats Tirico has been playing fantasy since 2003, but he did start playing with Out of the Sandbox League before that. This year Tirico's name is in honor to the famous Dilly Dilly Bud Light commercials since his 2017 season was a pit of misery for him... pure joy for the rest of us.

Tirico is a lonely Lions fan, with no wife or girlfriend and he has yet to find someone that he can impregnate to form an offspring. Like most of the League he is a Lions fan, and he lists Barry Sanders as his all time favorite player.. However, we all know his actually all time favorite player is Jeff Garcia.

Tirico says if he was a hotdog he may eat himself if he was starving but it depends if he had a bun and if that was considered part of me or is it more like clothing. He would eat the bun if it was clothing but avoid self cannibalism.

In all seriously Tirico was the 2016 champion, and he has been one of the best players in the history of the Out of the Sandbox League. He is actually currently second on the all time win list with 84 career wins, trailing only Greg's 85... one win ahead of his brother Jeremy btw.....

 We are back!! football baby, and what a opening weekend, four days of NFL games with some big college games in the middle. And we are back with our predictions, we slacked off last year and in the off season but have worked out a new scheduling agreement and the preview for each week will be posted by Thursday each week. Week 5 Preview

 A 2-3 week last week has left the writing staff with a 11-9 record on the season, need to do better. Our first week that byes come into play, so let's get right to it.  Bambino 1-3 Vs Derek 0-4 Can Derek finally get a win, he has a 70% chance as of now from the best fantasy site in the world. Of course, that may have to do with Santino still having two guys on byes in his lineup. Both have players going tonight with Evans and Pitts, I think Derek takes a lead and he does not give it up. He finally gets his first win, 120-110. Hootie world tour 2-2 Vs. our Fearless leader 0-4 Speaking of guys trying to get there first win, our Commish is winless, and guess what, he stays that way. None have anyone going tonight and Hootie does have to worry about Nabers and his concussion if he will play, but as sad as it is to say, G-Money's team is not good, maybe fantasy has passed him by, he is like our Jerry Jones. Week 3 Preview

 A little better week last week, as we went 3-2 in our picks, bringing our season record to 5-5. Not terrible, but you would like to do better than 500. Week 3, let's get right to it.  The Hootie World Tour 0-2 vs. Santino 1-1 Well maybe Bambino knew what he was talking about with his team's name, as we went from scoring 179 points in week 1 to 85 in week 2. In week 3 he gets a team 0-2 that really needs a win and is projected to get one. Neither team has a player going tonight, though both have QBs going on Monday night, but not against each other, as there are two Monday night games this week. Nabers showed he will be the main focus on the Giants offense as he had 18 targets for the game last week at THE WASHINGTONS, catching 10 for over 120 yards and a score, and at Cleveland should be tarted close to as much.
