Trade season heating up
We have had three trades announced today, as of the time we are writing this. Derek, Tirico and Steve made trades with each other as Derek traded with Tirico, then Derek traded with Steve, and finally Steve traded with Tirico. Steve added two 2nd round picks, when he had none at the start of the day, to move back two spots in the 1st round and gave up their 3rd round pick. The big news of giving up their 3rd round pick was they also gave up the player most would assume they would be keeping in the 3rd round, Odell Beckham Jr. This ends the teams relationship with ODB and Jennifer & Ronny were reached out to, to give a statement on this:
" We would like to thank Mr. Beckham Jr. for his years of service to our team, both as Activities and these last few years as Jennifer & Ronny. Odell is a very talented young man and we wish him all the best of luck in the future. We feel that we gave him a great chance to be successful individual while not winning any games, but still getting a trophy at the end of the year in most seasons. We are excited about moving forward and will continue to do everything in our power to bring the trophy back to its rightful place, where it enjoyed so much fun over its year in our ownership."
It is hard to say who will be the next team to trade, but with next Saturday being the deadline already, and then the Keepers being announced the week after that, I would expect much more movement to take place.
