Way Back Wednesday-2013

With the Holiday yesterday way back Wednesday was moved to Thursday, as we continue to look at past season in our wonderful league. This week we look at the 2013 season.

A semi finals match ups of Chris and Derek and Ryan and Travis  is what we had in 2013. Chris was the 1 seed and finished the season with a 10-4 record. Ryan had the 2 seed and was 9-5, as was Travis who was the 3 seed. Derek rounded out the semi finals with the 4 seed and finished with a 8-6 record.

Chris easily defeated Derek 146.29-114.48 in one semis while Travis beat Ryan 192.38-99.59. In the finals both scored a lot less points but Travis was able to win 108.87-104.89. Derek rebounded to win 3rd by beating Ryan 134.61-91.52

Travis may be gone from the league but his legend will leave on, as our trophy will always show Fear Boner as our 2013 champ. Travis used Alex Smith, Dez Bryant, Jamaal Charles, Rob Gronkowski, Marshawn Lynch, LeSean McCoy and the Browns D.... to win the title. Also had Josh McCown, Brian Hoyer and Kirk Cousins on his roster..... But hey it worked for him.

Week 1 Preview

 We are back!! football baby, and what a opening weekend, four days of NFL games with some big college games in the middle. And we are back with our predictions, we slacked off last year and in the off season but have worked out a new scheduling agreement and the preview for each week will be posted by Thursday each week. Week 5 Preview

 A 2-3 week last week has left the writing staff with a 11-9 record on the season, need to do better. Our first week that byes come into play, so let's get right to it.  Bambino 1-3 Vs Derek 0-4 Can Derek finally get a win, he has a 70% chance as of now from the best fantasy site in the world. Of course, that may have to do with Santino still having two guys on byes in his lineup. Both have players going tonight with Evans and Pitts, I think Derek takes a lead and he does not give it up. He finally gets his first win, 120-110. Hootie world tour 2-2 Vs. our Fearless leader 0-4 Speaking of guys trying to get there first win, our Commish is winless, and guess what, he stays that way. None have anyone going tonight and Hootie does have to worry about Nabers and his concussion if he will play, but as sad as it is to say, G-Money's team is not good, maybe fantasy has passed him by, he is like our Jerry Jones. Week 3 Preview

 A little better week last week, as we went 3-2 in our picks, bringing our season record to 5-5. Not terrible, but you would like to do better than 500. Week 3, let's get right to it.  The Hootie World Tour 0-2 vs. Santino 1-1 Well maybe Bambino knew what he was talking about with his team's name, as we went from scoring 179 points in week 1 to 85 in week 2. In week 3 he gets a team 0-2 that really needs a win and is projected to get one. Neither team has a player going tonight, though both have QBs going on Monday night, but not against each other, as there are two Monday night games this week. Nabers showed he will be the main focus on the Giants offense as he had 18 targets for the game last week at THE WASHINGTONS, catching 10 for over 120 yards and a score, and at Cleveland should be tarted close to as much.
