Week 5 Predictions

Another 3-2 week, as we go 12-9 on the season. Need to start picking games better, clearly that is my only problem so far in this fantasy season. After four weeks we have four teams at 3-1, three teams at 2-2, two teams at 1-3 and one team that we will not mention at 0-4. Let's get right to it.

BMR 127.50 (3-1) vs. DP 112.18 (3-1)
#1 vs. #2 in the big match up of the week. DP has been rolling all year and once he takes out Golladay, he has time, the projected points will be very close. Mr. Gordon coming back may hurt Ekeler's numbers, if by may you mean 100% will hurt his numbers but DP will get out to an early lead tomorrow with Todd Gurley but it is Best Man Robb that will come on strong Sunday at 1pm and finish the job with Kelce, Coleman and Gould in the two primetime games. BMR has to get to the title game in order to lose it, thus, he will keep winning now. Robb by 10

Sloney 117 (2-2) vs. The Dean 118.79 (2-2)
Another big time match up this week is between two 2-2 teams that have their names on the trophy and look to get it again. The projections has this extremely close with both teams having QB and WR set to put up big numbers in shoot outs. I think it will be Sloney's RB that will be the differences. David Johnson against the terrible Bengals and James White against the terrible WASHINGTONS plus a bounce back game for the Ravens D, even though the Eagles vs the Jets is a great match up for Rite Aid as well. I give this to Mr. Football, for a 8 point win.

Derek 104.88 (1-3) vs. Santino 103.76 (3-1)
Santino's revenge tour is going pretty darn good so far and though he is projected to lose a close one right now, he hasn't put in a kicker yet not on a bye, so that will change his score. Of course Derek needs to add a kicker and a D, so there you go. He also gets Melvin Gordon back to give him 3 of the best running backs in the league on his roster. Dak at QB I don't really love but something tells me Derek will wheel and deal and not have him as his QB1 all year. This week I look for Derek to get the win, get to 2-3 and get right back in it. Santino will regroup and still be in the playoff picture all year. Derek wins by 10.

Greg 126.83 (3-1) vs. Rykers Island 121.18 (1-3)
In the other 3-1 vs. 1-3 match up we have our fearless leader and everyone's favorite overreactor against the only Ohio State fan that we all like. Greg has had some big scoring weeks, and he should get off to a big lead with Russell Wilson Jr. the 3rd and Cooper Kupp going Thursday night. The Rams threw the ball like 70 times Sunday and Kupp got a lot of those targets. In Seattle you wonder if that can continue or not. Ryker is also hoping Zeke, Cooper and the Cowboys offense looks much better in the dome at home, then they did in a dome on the road last week. Both teams starting a Giant that gets a lot of targets, Engram vs. Shepard so I will say this match up comes down to Ravens vs. Steelers, or more accurate, Conner vs. Ingram. I personally think Ingram is going to have a better game, but Greg is going in for more health tests, so I will give him the sympathy win. He also just won a title in baseball, so it's been a good week. Greg by 7.

Tirico 130.21 (2-2) vs. Steve 115.30 (0-4)
There are many ways to get off to a 0-4 start in fantasy. Take a chance on a guy in the draft that doesn't pay off, have an early buy week for one of your studs, just play the wrong team at the wrong time, play the wrong players at the wrong time, or in Steve's case, do all of those things. In the first four weeks if our beloved Jennifer & Ronny played the right people they would be 3-1. They left a 24.80 point scorer, 59.40 points total on their bench in week 4, week 3 left 43.90 including a 17 point scorer, though that is the week that they lost by 100+ and could do nothing. In week 2, their bench had 56.10 points with a 24 point high, and in week one their bench scored 96.10 with a 48.30 high, plus a 20.50 and a 14.70.. Great decisions. This week they are projected to lose by about 15, Tirico picking up Winston after he has been having some big weeks as he looks to give Steve another loss. This week however we are playing for history. If from what I am being told is correct, if Steve losses this week he would tie for the most consecutive losses ever in league history. A mark held currently by yes, you guessed it, TIRICO. Meaning if Tirico does win, Steve would then face off against Slone brother sr next week with a chance to hold that record all by his own self. The good news for Steve unlike the last two Sunday's with his sister's birthday first then a basketball camp, this Sunday the schedule looks open, which means he can be sitting alone in his house with a daddy pop watching NFL Redzone. A Sunday Video Diary of this match up that I am sure will be posted to the group will be produced so look forward to that. As far as the match up. The extra attention will only help Steve in the fact that he will be in private and not in public while he watches his team lose again, get to 0-5 and tie Tirico for the most consecutive losses ever. Tirico wins by 12.
