Season Preview

 It's been a year unlike any other, and who knows if the season will either begin, let alone end, but at least we have one special moment in the crap year that is 2020. OUR DRAFT!!! With the keepers announced it is time to look at the teams going in to the season and make some predictions.


Wayne Fontes Division:

Our Comish:

Keepers: Cooper Kupp 6th, Russell Wilson Jr III 7th, AJ Brown 9th

First Pick: 1st pick in the 2nd round

Season Outlook: Who cares, he is the defending champ and won too much, he'll be fine.


The brother's Slone:

Mr. Football:

Keepers: David Johnson 3rd, DJ Moore 9th

First Pick: 8th pick in the first round

Season Outlook: He has the inside info, that usually gets him to the playoffs. Last year he was our entertainment at the draft, what does he have in store for 2020? 

Tirico:

Keepers: James Conner 6th, George Kittle 8th, Kyler Murry 9th

First Pick: 4th pick in the first round, also has the 10th pick in the first round

Season Outlook: Really putting a lot of eggs in the Kyler Murry basket. I for one wish him the worst always.

Derek:

Keepers: Kenyan Drake 6th, Tyler Lockett 8th, Alvin Kamara 9th

First Pick: 5th pick of the 2nd round.

Season Outlook: Having one pick in the first three rounds isn't ideal, but if I know Derek, he will not stay silent. He will find ways to wheel and deal and get the guys he wants.

Rykers Island:

Keepers: Ju Ju on that beat Smith-Schuster 6th, DJ Clark 9th, Sterling Shepard 12th. 

First Pick: 2nd pick overall.

Season Outlook:  Drafting all Ohio State cheaters and see if he can make it to the playoffs.


Bobby Ross Division:

BMR:

Keepers: Adam Thielen 6th, Chris Godwin 8th, DeVonte Parker 9th

First Pick: 9th pick in the first round

Season Outlook: He'll finish second, it is all we know.

DP:

Keepers: Austin Ekeler 4th, Michael Thomas 6th, Patrick Mahomes 9th

First Pick: 4th pick in the 2nd round

Season Outlook: Sure he doesn't have a first round pick, but when you get to keep the best WR and best QB you don't feel bad for him. Being an Athletic Director during a year where no one knows what activities can and can not happen and if the sports that begin can finish, you feel bad for him for that.

Santino:

Keepers: Nick Chubb 6th, Matt Ryan 9th

First Pick: 5th pick overall

Season Outlook: He will do all he can to get in that battle for the Horses Ass and have some of our favorite ESPN personalities yell at him via foul langue rants.

The Dean:

Keepers: Mikes Sanders 4th, Devante Adams 6th, Lamar Jackson 9th

First Pick: 1st overall, also has the 6th and 7th overall picks 

Season Outlook: Even though he has three picks before half the lead picks once doesn't automatically mean he will win the title this year, ask BMR. I believe the fantasy gods will still punish him for his total disregard to our beloved trophy awhile back. Someone the Dean will miss out on the playoffs.

Steve:

Keepers: Derek Henry 3rd, Aaron Jones 8th, Mike Williams 9th

First Pick: 3rd overall

Season Outlook: He'll make some trades, and some stupid bets and finish around 500. Typical fantasy season for him. He got his one magically year with the trophy, and he continues to work towards his ultimate goal, never having the horses ass, since he bought it.

 We are back!! football baby, and what a opening weekend, four days of NFL games with some big college games in the middle. And we are back with our predictions, we slacked off last year and in the off season but have worked out a new scheduling agreement and the preview for each week will be posted by Thursday each week. Week 5 Preview

 A 2-3 week last week has left the writing staff with a 11-9 record on the season, need to do better. Our first week that byes come into play, so let's get right to it.  Bambino 1-3 Vs Derek 0-4 Can Derek finally get a win, he has a 70% chance as of now from the best fantasy site in the world. Of course, that may have to do with Santino still having two guys on byes in his lineup. Both have players going tonight with Evans and Pitts, I think Derek takes a lead and he does not give it up. He finally gets his first win, 120-110. Hootie world tour 2-2 Vs. our Fearless leader 0-4 Speaking of guys trying to get there first win, our Commish is winless, and guess what, he stays that way. None have anyone going tonight and Hootie does have to worry about Nabers and his concussion if he will play, but as sad as it is to say, G-Money's team is not good, maybe fantasy has passed him by, he is like our Jerry Jones. Week 3 Preview

 A little better week last week, as we went 3-2 in our picks, bringing our season record to 5-5. Not terrible, but you would like to do better than 500. Week 3, let's get right to it.  The Hootie World Tour 0-2 vs. Santino 1-1 Well maybe Bambino knew what he was talking about with his team's name, as we went from scoring 179 points in week 1 to 85 in week 2. In week 3 he gets a team 0-2 that really needs a win and is projected to get one. Neither team has a player going tonight, though both have QBs going on Monday night, but not against each other, as there are two Monday night games this week. Nabers showed he will be the main focus on the Giants offense as he had 18 targets for the game last week at THE WASHINGTONS, catching 10 for over 120 yards and a score, and at Cleveland should be tarted close to as much.
