2021 Draft Recap

 The draft is done and now it is almost time for the games that matter to start. Let's take a round by round look at the draft.

Not including keepers

1st Round:

Best Pick- Derrick Henry- He's the best player, CMC is coming off an injury, he should have went #1 and he did.

Worst Pick-E Elliott- Just cause he's a cowboy


2nd Round:

Best Pick-Adam Thielen-Back where he belongs

Worst Pick-Miles Sanders-Just cause he's a eagle 


3rd Round:

Best Pick-Robert Woods

Worst Pick-A Cooper-See above


4th Round: 

 Best Pick-Jevonte Williams- I like him a lot to get a lot of carried in Denver

Worst Pick- Julio Jones-Drafting a name, he is a WR2 on his team, and they run 40 times a game.


5th Round:

Best Pick-Kyler Murray-Fun and exciting QB with weapons, I was sure wrong on him

Worst Pick-Kenny Golladay-Always hurt, should have learned my lesson last year. now he is on my real football team too, so double whammy


6th Round:

Best Pick-ODB Jr- He looks good, running and catching the ball with one hand... of course the Browns offense didn't click last year until he went out.

Worst Pick-Michael Carter- I like him a lot actually but he is the only non keeper in the round and he plays for the Jets.


7th Round:

Best Pick-Gus Edwards- After what happened this becomes the steal of the draft

Worst Pick-Dak- A cowboy, coming off an injury, taking before Discount Double Check and Lamar Jackson- Both who will have more fantasy points than he will. 


8th Round: 

Best Pick-AB-cause he went to CMU, but if Michael Thomas comes back and wants to play at all, that is by far the best pick of this round.

Worst Pick-Cory Davis- Cause he went to W.


9th Round:

Best Pick-Robert Tonyan- All he does is catch TDs

Worst Pick-Jamaal Williams-Went from a good team in the NFC north to a bad team.


10th Round:

Best Pick-Mike Williams- I just really like him, I have no reason.

Worst Pick-Trey Lance- I mean come on.


11th Round:

Best Pick-Sony Michel-After the trade to the Rams, he will be their starter soon and this will be a wonderful pick.

Worst Pick-David Johnson/Phillip Lindsay- Texans RBs... they are going to be terrible.


12th Round:

Best Pick-Marquez Calloway-Maybe he will not have another game like he did last Monday night, but he is long and fast, and especially if Michael Thomas doesn't come back as Michael Thomas its a great low risk high reward pick.

Worst Pick-Xavier Jones-Great pick before the Sony Michel trade... Maybe the shots were becoming a factor at this point.


13th Round:

Best Pick-Ju Ju on that beat- Totally worth it at the 13th round. 

Worst Pick-Travis Etienne-Yeah you put him on IR and he becomes a late keeper next year but its the Jags, just stay away.


14th Round:

Best Pick-Matthew Stafford- I mean isn't he the best and greatest QB of all time, what a steal in the 14th round.

Worst Pick-Trevor Lawrence-See Jacksonville, Jags.


15th Round:

Best Pick-Henry Ruggs III-Love the value, great upside.

Worst Pick-Kenneth Gainwell-He's a eagle, come on

 We are back!! football baby, and what a opening weekend, four days of NFL games with some big college games in the middle. And we are back with our predictions, we slacked off last year and in the off season but have worked out a new scheduling agreement and the preview for each week will be posted by Thursday each week. Week 5 Preview

 A 2-3 week last week has left the writing staff with a 11-9 record on the season, need to do better. Our first week that byes come into play, so let's get right to it.  Bambino 1-3 Vs Derek 0-4 Can Derek finally get a win, he has a 70% chance as of now from the best fantasy site in the world. Of course, that may have to do with Santino still having two guys on byes in his lineup. Both have players going tonight with Evans and Pitts, I think Derek takes a lead and he does not give it up. He finally gets his first win, 120-110. Hootie world tour 2-2 Vs. our Fearless leader 0-4 Speaking of guys trying to get there first win, our Commish is winless, and guess what, he stays that way. None have anyone going tonight and Hootie does have to worry about Nabers and his concussion if he will play, but as sad as it is to say, G-Money's team is not good, maybe fantasy has passed him by, he is like our Jerry Jones. Week 3 Preview

 A little better week last week, as we went 3-2 in our picks, bringing our season record to 5-5. Not terrible, but you would like to do better than 500. Week 3, let's get right to it.  The Hootie World Tour 0-2 vs. Santino 1-1 Well maybe Bambino knew what he was talking about with his team's name, as we went from scoring 179 points in week 1 to 85 in week 2. In week 3 he gets a team 0-2 that really needs a win and is projected to get one. Neither team has a player going tonight, though both have QBs going on Monday night, but not against each other, as there are two Monday night games this week. Nabers showed he will be the main focus on the Giants offense as he had 18 targets for the game last week at THE WASHINGTONS, catching 10 for over 120 yards and a score, and at Cleveland should be tarted close to as much.
