Week 5 Preview

After a 3-2 week we are now 9-11 on the season. We have a great season shaping up right now, with Derek still 4-0, two members at 1-3 and then the other 7 at 2-2. Lets get right to the match ups!!

Mr Sports Emmy 2-2 (142.33) vs King Derek 4-0 (137.71)

Big time match up here, as the 1 seed takes on the 3 seed. Game of the week for sure! It gets started tonight with Derek having Denver Defense, which someone definitely gave up on too quick, not sure who was that dumbass, going against a Jonny Taylor less Colts. Taylor’s loss is a rough one for Sloney but his and the worlds favorite fantasy site still has him projected to win. This will be a fun match up to watch back and forth as there is a player on at least one of the teams playing in all 6 time slots of games this weekend, Thursday night, Sunday morning, Sunday 1, Sunday 4, Sunday night and Monday night! In the end Jimmy G may choose who wins this matchup based on which wide out he wants to throw to more. So far it would seem Sloney has that guy, so because of that, Mr Sports Emmy walks away with a hard fought 145-141 win.

Tiricoooooo 2-2 (130.71) vs Hootie World Tour 2-2 (125.78)

This matchup also gets going right away this evening with Pittman and Sutton going for Matthew and Gordon going for Christopher. This is another matchup projected to be close and it should be, and may very well come down to a Waller/Jacobs matchup on Monday Night. Is Tirico playing Goff a week too late?  Can TB12 focus on the game, knowing his super model wife is planing very soon to be his ex wife? Can Ekeler keep finding the end zone? Can Gordon actually hold on to the ball now that Williams is hurt? We will all find out!! Should be a great matchup this week, its going to be close, real close.. Hootie gets a win 128-127

The Commish 2-2 (134.38) vs Bambino 1-3 (125.98)

Greg can’t expect a 40 spot from his Tight end every week, though maybe on his Anniversary week he will get a little something something and that will be enough. Santino has some good players despite his slow start and we all know his team like Radio “dont quit” plus he wants us all to show him the money, and then race some dog sleds. As far as the matchup. G-Money can win, or just use his powers to change the scores and make sure he will. Hopefully both men will make their way to the Mountainest region this weekend. But only one man can win, and that one man will be the one not starting the defense going against the Giants… Santino wins 125-120

The Wiseguy 2-2 (134.78) vs Best Man Robb 1-3 (126.91)

This matchup we have to wait till Sunday at 1pm to get going as they have no one tonight, or Sunday morning. BMR has had a rough go of it and really could use a win. I believe he will get it, I see Pittsburgh trying to take away Diggs leaving Gabe Davis to have a big game. As long as St Brown plays, he gets 100 yards and a TD and BMR wins 126-122. (If st brown doesn’t play, Rite Aid wins 122-115)

DP 2-2 (143.84)  vs. Jennifer & Ronny 2-2 (143.71)

That’s about how close you can be in projected scores right there, this is a 50/50 game, a coin flip, whatever you want to use. Big matchup as well with both teams being 2-2. First,  congrats to Jennifer & Ronny for doubling their win total from last season after week 4, great work!!! Still some tension I am hearing from my sources between J&R as they continue to have healthy disagreements about their QB1. While Jennifer is happy they won, she has not let Ronny forget this week that Mr 1-2 Step scored more fantasy points then Discount Double Check last week. This week, having a short week and Russel Wilson JR III being a little banged up they have agreed to stick with Jack from State Farm’s friend Aaron, and while last week they were able to still get the win playing the wrong QB, this week, NOT SO FAST MY FRIEND! The state’s best and most wonderful Athletic Director comes away with a big win to get himself to 3-2. DP uses a nice game from Jefferson and his two big name TE outplay J&R’s one and DP wins 151-145
