Week 8 Preview

A disappointing 2-3 week last week brings the writing staffs record to 20-15 on the season. But no one reads this for us, let's get to the matchups here in week 8. 

Puka Mi-Puka Yu 4-3 (119.52) vs. Cincy BallZac 5-2 (94.07)

Big time matchup this week that projections wise will change once DP adds a defense that is playing. This is a good time to play DP for BMR it would seem, as Aaron Jones Jr is at least practicing, and while the team's namesake and Omarion Orlando Hampton are still on IR he is playing DP while Bowers is still out, and on bye, as well as Williams, St. Brown and Hunter. Timing is everything folks. This matchup gets going on Thursday and goes all weekend long, ending on Monday night, and we do feel like it will be close, but right team right time for Best Man Robb, he wins 121-119. Hootie n Blowfish World Tour 3-4 (130.89) vs. Golden Gate 3-4 (133.02)

This should be another fantastic matchup and is extremely important with both teams fighting for playoff positioning as the 5th and 6th seeds. The matchup begins on Thursday as both have Charger pass catchers. Derek is going with Jaxson Dart at QB this week with Jayden Daniels sadly hurt again. We know that Derek will have a lead after Sunday's games, however with Patty Mahomes going Monday Night, who seems to have found his game, scoring more than 32 points in each of the last four games and facing a defense in THE WASINGTONS who have giving up the 8th most fantasy points to QBs so far this season, as well as my ball Zach Ertz who has caught touchdowns in two games in a row, but no Daniels will hurt Zach and the combo on Chase, London Barkley and Henry going at 1pm will give Derek too big of a lead and he will hold on for a win. Last week The Comish was projected for 108.92 he scored 177.48, last week Bambino was projected for 113.79 points and scored 134.52. But this week due to the combination of bye weeks and injuries both managers need to:

Lowered Expectations

The boss starts his week with Dicker the Kicker, however the One Billy Gunn starts with Justin Jefferson, so he will all but surely have a lead after Thursday night. However, the weekend will be special for them, as rumor has it they will be together in the greatest and best place on earth, Mt Pleasant, MI to celebrate at Always Sunny Kelly Shorts Stadium. G-Money does have the best QB and friend of the league Josh Allen back after a bye and coming off a disappointing loss at Atlanta and then the bye, we believe Josh and the Bills will have a big game Sunday. However, while Greg gets some points from Allen, and the Bills D, Santino will get points from Cook and Shakir and the difference will be Santino getting some Love on Sunday night, making him Worthy for the win after Monday. In the Battle for Fran's Love Bowl historically little brother has got the best of his older brother and this week it is projected to go that way again. Tirico will get off to a good start Thursday night with Herbert going, so will have a lead at least until Sunday. Now with the NBA on NBC, Tirico is going to be even more busy with outside commitments, so some are worried if he will be able to keep his winning streak going. The writing staff believes he still has a few more weeks of Cam getting him some good points until he makes his way to one of those building with the turnstile doors and he tries running through the middle of it headfirst and forgets his name and what he does for a living. We also like Sutton against the crap cowboys' defense. Sunday night will be key in this one as Sloney has Jacobs while Matthew, we hear that is his actual first name, has Warren. We feel it will very close, but we have gone against little bro for too long, Tirico gets a close win 119-117.


Go Blue 6-1 (111.10) vs. Jennifer & Ronny 2-5 (107.76)

First vs. Last, we all know how this one is going to go so no use even talking about it. Mason may give J&R a lead to begin the week on Thursday night, but the weekend will belong to the Wiseguy. The Former Dean is just rolling at this point, which is why this week's matchup is brought to you by:

 The wait is over, the NFL is back, for real, tomorrow night. So, let's not waste any time, let's get right to the week one preview for the best fantasy football league there is. Week 2 Preview

 After a successful week one, in which the writing staff went 4-1 with our picks, we feel pretty good about week 2. In fact, we feel even better. So let's get right into. The Commish 1-0 v (132.94) vs. Best Man Robb 0-1 (141.39) we are all shocked that BMR lost last week, but Yahoo has projected him to win this week. We however are worried about the fundamentals so this recap is brought to you by Tom Emanski. Week 4 Preview

 A very disappointing 2-3 last week, makes the writing staff's record 9-6 on the season. We are not happy about that at all, but what we are happy about is football ALL DAY SUNDAY!!
